The DDIFO needs your support and your input. We need to hear from on what you think we should be working on. Ours is a Community that needs to stay united, speaking with a singular strong voice wherever and whenever we need to be heard. We speak for all our members and we are focused on what's best for you and your businesses. Our Board of Directors is vitally concerned about the health and the growth of the System, the well-being and the effectiveness of our Advisory Council System, Maintaining Franchisees' Rights, Franchisee Profitability, and Franchisee Wealth Creation and Preservation.

We are actively involved in trying to insure our System moves forward with the best, long-term interests of our members. That means:

• Discussing critical strategic issues with Franchisee Leadership and Brand Executives,
  
• Writing letters to the Brand, as applicable, expressing how we believe the System can and should improve,
  
• Keeping close tabs on government, competition and other relevant factors of concern (including activities of Dunkin Brands and their anticipated IPO),
  
• Additionally, we hold educational seminars featuring topics that our Members tell us are important, in the areas of law, accounting, taxation strategies and human resources, just to name a few possibilities.

The DDIFO holds General Membership Meetings, where we can align, foster friendships, exchange ideas, and perhaps learn a little more from each other and guest speakers. We are in the process of planning a General Membership Meeting, in the not-too-distant future. Please stay tuned for upcoming announcements.
