As my family is one of the victims of Kainos Partner’s bankruptcy, with losses in excess of 1 million dollars, I hope he rots in jail for as long as the law will allow.

We are fortunate to have two high volume locations for an outparcel: one to a Medical building, Mercy Hospital at the intersection of Rtes 22 and 114 in Gorham-a lighted intersection and high traffic volume in the am and pm commuting times.
the second is in Merrimack NH at the intersection of the new Airport Access Road off the FE Everett Turnpike, at the first exit drop down on RTE 3, just south of the access road. The traffic count here is in excess of 55,000/day all day seven days per week and will increase due to the new access point to the airport from the N/S FE Everett Turnpike.

Please let me know if you have an interest in discussing these locations or let me know who I should contact, thanks Robert Smaha

Here are some Specific procedures we have recommended our clients do

1. Connect to online banking a review the account DAILY looking to make sure that the bank deposit was made, credit cards were processed and scan for any out of sequence or odd checks clearing the account.
2. For those with radiant systems utilize any flags that the system allows,,,,,Emails for someone ringing the lowest priced item on the menu, no-sales or voids can highlight issues....If you see that employee #4 had 15 voids on her shift there is a problem !!!!
3. Planned buys......Having someone go through drive through ( easiest to steal as the customer does not see the sale total) and pay cash and see if they receive a receipt for it.....If they don't and ask for it if the cashier then fumbles to enter the sale you know there is an issue
4. Comparison of Product sales to inventory usage will always highlight these items quickest.
5. Tracking sales by shift....A sharp decline in shift sales after the addition of a new employee may be more than a coincidence.
6.Review of Monthly Financial statements and follow up on any upward trending costs in the areas of food , supply and payroll

One hour of paid sick leave for every thirty hours worked .....That would mean a 30 hour per week person would earn 52 hours or 6.50 full days of sick leave.......In my office my FULL TIME people only get 5 sick days per year......I think this is a bad idea as I don't believe you want the government mandating personnel policies....Also in this tight economy we need to work harder and longer......not look for ways to get paid without working !!!!
